Do I pay per account or per platform?

Rivuu’s pricing is based on the amount of social profiles you want to use. A social profile is any presence on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. This allows you to spread your profiles across multiple accounts.

What happens at the end of my trial?

If you do not cancel your trial by the end of the 14 days, we automatically convert your account into a paid account and the credit card attached to your account is charged.

What if I pick the wrong plan?

You will be able to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any point in time and only pay for what you use. We understand that clients come and go and campaigns start and finish so we provide the flexibility to support your content publishing requirements.

How can I pay for Rivuu?

When you sign up for a Rivuu subscription, we will deduct the monthly plan fee from your credit or debit card account that you enter in the checkout. You can change your payment details from the “Manage Subscription” section of your account.

Am I locked into a contract?

No, we are confident that you will love Rivuu and so we don’t tie our customers into a contract.

Can I extend my free trial?

If you were unable to evaluate the app within the 14 day free trial period, just send a request to support@rivuu.com for a free trial extension. We will be happy to offer another 7 – 14 days to use all the features of the app free of charge.
